Coding, Quality and Documentation: Drive engineering excellence by developing high-quality data pipelines and reusable solutions, producing clear documentation, conducting thorough peer reviews and proactively raising coding standards across the team through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.Automation and Platform Engineering: Implement automation practices that streamline the deployment, testing, monitoring and management of data models, pipelines and data quality frameworks, improving reliability, scalability and operational efficiency.
AI and Analytics Enablement: Support the design and adoption of analytics agents and conversational analytics capabilities that enable teams to explore and investigate security and business data using natural language, ensuring the responsible application of AI through appropriate governance, security controls and human oversight.
Visualisation and Insight Delivery: Develop and maintain trusted dashboards and visualisations that transform complex security and business data into clear, actionable insights, enabling self-service analysis, decision-making and data storytelling.
Collaboration and Communication: Partner with security, engineering and data teams to understand business needs, shape data product solutions and communicate complex data concepts effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. In addition to the above core accountabilities, I am also responsible for contributing to and supporting the recruitment, coaching and development of talent within the Cyber Analytics team.
