Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering customer focused, technically excellent and engaging communications that help us serve customers a little better every day. You�ll work closely with Direct Customer Communications Managers and a range of cross functional teams to ensure every message is relevant, high quality and impactful.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivery of Email, Mobile and Direct Mail campaigns for Tesco and Tesco Group comms.�
- Working with Customer and Personalisation teams to orchestrate relevant, high performing connected customer journeys.
- Building strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
- Writing technically excellent briefs and manage the production process through to QA.
- Managing end to end delivery of campaigns and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to create, build and deploy as required.�
- Responsible for critical paths, ensuring deadlines are met and risks managed.
- Defining and scoping audience targeting and reporting.�
- Supporting test & learn plans to optimise performance of cross channel comms.
- Manage and share reporting post campaign, using insight to continually improve performance.
- Being a custodian of the Tesco brand.
- Following our business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
Operational skills relevant to this role:
- Experience of end-to-end�campaign management: briefing, production (build), deployment,�analysis�and reporting, across direct mail,�email�and mobile.�
- Hands-on experience with ESPs,�campaign�and personalisation platforms (preferably AJO, Movable Ink, Jacquard).�
