As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening planning, forecasting and financial insight as the business scales. You will own the planning model, lead forecasting and deliver accurate, timely reporting to both Tangle Teezer leadership and BIC.

This is a newly created role, reflecting the continued investment in strengthening FP&A capability as the business scales. This creates a great opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in a high impact new role.Working closely with the Finance Director, Head of FP&A and wider Tangle Teezer Senior Leadership Team, alongside Finance Business Partners, you will improve financial rigour, enhance reporting and help evolve the FP&A function.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Own and develop the business planning model (multi-entity, multi-currency).
  • Lead the monthly forecasting process and support the annual budget and 3-year plan.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and provide clear visibility of risks and opportunities.
  • Independently review and challenge sales forecasts (volume, mix, phasing) across Direct and Distributor channels.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial plans and financial targets.
  • Own monthly reporting for Tangle Teezer and BIC, covering financial performance and KPIs.
  • Review and consolidate business cases and investment proposals, assessing financial impact and alignment to priorities.
  • Create guidance for the business on profitability targets (new products/customers/markets and marketing ROIs).
  • Build scalable FP&A processes and ensure alignment with BIC requirements and timelines.
  • Support on other ad hoc projects.

What we are looking for in you:

  • A qualified accountant with 3-5 years’ post-qualified experience (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Strong financial modelling capability and structured problem solving.
  • Experience in FP&A or commercial finance within FMCG, retail or consumer businesses.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financials into clear insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build complex business scenario planning models
  • Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and clearly communicate progress updates, often liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Hyperion/HFM and PowerBI is a plus.
