What you´ll build
SAP’s Supply Chain Management powers many of the world’s most complex operations across planning, logistics, manufacturing, and service. We are entering a new era where AI agents work alongside human planners, supply chains become more autonomous, and great user experience turns powerful technology into real world impact. Our User Experience and User Assistance teams sit at the center of this shift, shaping how people interact with intelligent supply chains.
You will be part of the office supporting the Head of the UXUA unit. Your work will remove friction so designers, researchers, and user assistance experts can deliver better outcomes, faster.
What that entails:
- Create clear communication assets for internal and external audiences using PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Set up and maintain effective formats for collaboration and knowledge sharing so teams learn more easily.
- Support lightweight project management by updating timelines, tracking actions, and sharing concise status notes.
- Plan and run events and workshops by coordinating logistics, agendas, and follow ups.
- Document ways of working and simplify processes to improve team efficiency.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Design (e.g., Communication/UX), Business/BWL, Computer Science/Information Systems, HR/Organizational Psychology, Communication/Media Studies. We welcome all applicants whose skills and motivation fit the role, regardless of field of study.
- Computer skills: Microsoft office (incl. PowerPoint, Excel)
- Language skills: Strong written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
- A team player with organized and self-sufficient way to work
- We value a proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Designer mindset or an interest in design/user experience
- Affinity for AI tools is a plus
- Berlin office approx. once a week

At Supply Chain Management UXUA our mission is to shape the future of how people interact with our products. In the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management, we work on strategic, organizational, and occasional product related topics that influence how we run. You will be part of the office, a small, supportive team that values clear communication and fresh ideas. You will also collaborate with the UXUA teams and partner units such as Product Management and Development. Knowledge of design is helpful, not required. Bring YOUR expertise—we will tailor tasks to your strengths and help you grow.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
