What you´ll build

As a Working Student in our Business Transformation & Architecture organization you will play a key role in keeping our Enterprise Architecture team organized, connected, and moving forward. You will support a team of enterprise architects through structured communications, proactive follow-ups, and high-quality visual materials that translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable insights – directly enabling the team to deliver on strategic business outcomes.

• Support PMO communications by drafting, coordinating, and distributing updates, status reports, and materials across the enterprise architecture team
• Create professional presentations and visual materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, dashboards, infographics) to support leadership briefings and stakeholder communications
• Manage and maintain calendars for the team manager, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely and conflict-free scheduling across multiple stakeholders
• Perform individual follow-ups with enterprise architects to track progress on assigned initiatives and drive timely delivery of agreed business outcomes
• Provide administrative and organizational support including document management, meeting preparation, action-item tracking, and correspondence handling
• Support event planning and logistics for team workshops, all-hands sessions, and external stakeholder engagements
• Assist with reporting and tracking of key metrics, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing PMO initiatives

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); German language skills are an advantage
• Soft skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; strong interpersonal skills and a professional communication style when interacting with senior stakeholders
• Interest in enterprise architecture, strategic planning, or project management
• Availability of at least 15–20 hours per week; working from the office is required on a regular basis
• At least 2 semesters of studies until graduation left

Where you belong

You will be part of our Enterprise Architecture team, operating within the Business Transformation & Architecture organization. Our team is responsible for defining and steering the architectural direction of the enterprise – ensuring alignment between technology strategy and business goals. Day-to-day, we coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage strategic initiatives, and translate complex architecture decisions into tangible business outcomes. Joining our team means working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
