What you´ll build


As part of the CVG Communications Team in Walldorf, the role entails the following:

  • Research & Content Support:
    • Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and background information and prepare concise summaries and inputs for presentations, briefings, or communication materials.
  • LinkedIn Preparation:
    • Research topics and best practices for LinkedIn, prepare draft post ideas, key messages, and content suggestions.
  • Presentation & Content Preparation:
    • Support the creation and refinement of presentations, talking points, and basic communication assets.
  • Team & Administrative Support:
    • Assist with team-related tasks such as meeting preparation, documentation of outcomes, follow-ups, and general organizational support.
  • Event & Onsite Support (as needed):
    • Support the team during events and onsite activities.


We live flex work but also value our team spirit a lot and some events need onsite support. That’s why it will be beneficial if you are able to work from the Walldorf office.


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related discipline
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and concisely
  • Interest in corporate communications and social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Hands-on and supportive mindset, comfortable with assisting others and contributing behind the scenes
  • Openness to working with international stakeholders across different time zones
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new topics, tools, and processes in a dynamic environment
  • Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Basic graphical skills (e.g. Adobe tools) are a plus, but not a must
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Availability to support 10–20 hours per week (with the option to increase hours during semester breaks)

We are looking for a reliable, positive, and open-minded team player who enjoys working collaboratively, can manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and support the team in meeting deadlines.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
