What you'll build

As part of our team, you will help drive the most complex SAP RISE customers better every day by actively contributing to the improvement of our tooling landscape and processes. With this, you will help us improve and raise our delivery quality and efficiency to adopt to a growing customer base. As part of your job, you will:

• Closely collaborate with team members to develop solutions for various use-cases
• Understand the purpose of existing solutions and tooling-use-cases
• Engineer and implement new solutions leveraging MS-365 services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand potential improvement and facilitate the adoption of new solutions
• Identify and implement improvements to current workflows

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) with a bachelor's degree or higher, with 2-3yrs of customer-facing experience
• Good written, verbal communication in English (German is a plus)
• Strongly focused on quality, customer success and driven by results
• Technical mindset and experience working with the MS Office Suite
• Interested in working with highly organized and effective international and virtual teams
• Interested in continuously acquiring new knowledge in an independent, proactive way
• Happy to work from home and in the office in St.Leon-Rot

Global Cloud Operations is part of the Product Engineering board area. As private cloud managed services provider, Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery is offering a key aspect in the intelligent business transformation journey of our customers. You will work in a dedicated, highly collaborative, and international team that covers all time-zones for a 24/7 delivery and focusses on the most complex customers in the region MEE.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
