What you´ll build

As a working student in our team, you will support our ASE’s (Accelerated Sales Engagement Experts) and especially our head of RISE ASE’s Germany who are responsible for aligning customer needs with SAP’s transformation offerings, bringing in their domain expertise to solve customer business challenges, and grow the customer’s SAP footprint to support long term customer success.


This position will offer you the opportunity to take part in projects & drive activities independently (i.e., tool creation to facilitate and digitize the internal and external ‘transformation engagement framework’, sales-, management-, enablement- and business process related tasks).


Your tasks will include:

  • Project and Program Management of different business specific projects and programs
  • Plan and support enablement programs, setting up a MS Teams site or even develop a specific internal or external collaboration tool
  • Organizing respective weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences to manage execution governance
  • Driving and managing transparency for the head of RISE Germany in terms of different KPI’s and related reporting
  • Supporting team internal communication and transparency, foster knowledge sharing, rollout of information/announcements
  • Supporting preparation of partner, customer and internal meetings/events, gathering content from stakeholders and preparing presentations

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering with Business Studies (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Electronical Business, Marketing,
  • General management, International Business/Management or similar
  • Computer skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of basic programming and technical understanding of software infrastructure is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English is a must
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Teamplayer

Where you belong


Our team is responsible for driving the SAP Cloud ERP Private business in Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE.) We partner with the end-to-end account owner to drive cloud revenue growth with a strong focus on customer transformation towards the SAP Business Suite with the RISE with SAP journey.
To achieve this, we collaborate closely with multiple sales supporting and direct sales functions across the organization and furthermore steer the respective regional ‘soures of demand’ (Marketing, Partner, Advisory, Services) to secure a long term budget attainment.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
