What you'll do

The working student will work closely with an innovative and motivated team of solution experts. This will include supporting the team and providing assistance to management with:

  • Preparation of demonstrations, presentations, and videos
  • Facilitating collaboration and sharing of best practices within the team and across the organization
  • Assisting with customer meetings and workshops
  • Designing presentations for our 360° Immersive Experience Room
  • Create and modify digital content like Videos & Landing Pages
  • Driving initiatives to optimize operational processes
  • Providing administrative support to the management
  • Solution advisory activities such as high-level pitches, creating RFP responses, and participating in customer workshops (depending on experience)


The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to be a part of a leading B2B software company that is at the forefront of digitalization and adopting the latest technologies. You will gain knowledge about SAP procurement solutions and have the opportunity to inject creativity into our sales methods. The successful candidate will join an international team that caters to medium to large enterprise customers throughout Middle and Eastern Europe.

What you bring

  • You are a current Bachelor or Master's student at a university or a university of applied sciences and still plan to study at least for the next 12 months.
  • Your field of study deals with business processes and/or technologies (However, we are open to any field of study, as long as you possess the right attitude)
  • You possess a trustworthy and reliable personality
  • You're capable of assuming responsibilities and driving your own projects
  • A knowledge of procurement or supply chain management is a plus
  • You have proficient computer skills, a good command of MS Office is required
  • Experience with procurement systems, design or video editing is beneficial
  • You are fluent in both English and German, French fluency is a plus
  • Apart from this, you should have a digital mindset, be a team player, and have a keen desire to learn

Where you belong

The Procurement Solution Advisory team at SAP is a high-performing and innovative unit at the core of our business. Our team uniquely merges deep business knowledge of procurement and supply chain management with technical expertise. We engage with potential customers, driving home the value of SAP's procurement software. Our engagement activities include discovery discussions, product presentations, the creation of multimedia content, demonstrations, architecture workshops, and responding to tender documents.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
