What you'll build

• Create and publish appealing job postings
• Support preparation of Workers Council hearings
• Assist in implementing AI-driven recruiting tools and automation to enhance candidate sourcing and screening efficiency
• Participate in recruitment process optimization projects leveraging AI and innovative recruiting technologies
• Support active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and setting up candidate pipelines
• Assist within several Recruiting Initiatives and Team Workshops
• Maintain an internal Knowledge Platform by using MS SharePoint
• Participate in internal HR / Recruiting projects
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities across student recruiting, graduate programs, and professional hiring levels
• Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting
• Support employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment campaigns

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at an University or an University of Applied Sciences. Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or Business Psychology
• Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled HR technologies and digital transformation in recruitment
• Strong motivation to learn emerging AI / recruitment platforms and data analytics tools
• Genuine passion for AI topics and tools
• MS Office skills are required
• First experience in using SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus
• Fluent German language skills and very good English skills are mandatory
• Self-driven mindset with ability to work independently and proactively
• Coming to the office in Walldorf / St. Leon-Rot is required on 1-2 days per week

Where you belong

Our Team in Walldorf (SAP Headquarter) is supporting the Recruiting for all Customer Facing and Corporate Function roles in Germany.

We are cooperating with all relevant Stakeholders within SAP as well as with internal and external candidates.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
