What You’ll Build
SAP's Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) ensures that SAP operates with integrity worldwide. As a working student in our Policy Management team, you will directly contribute to how SAP's global policies are created, reviewed, and maintained shaping the rules that guide over 100,000 employees across the globe.
In this role, you will:
- Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company
- Support the management and maintenance of SAP's global and local compliance policies
- Assist in the policy review and approval process, including preparing documentation
- Contribute to record management and policy management statistics
- Support the maintenance of our policy management tool
- Assist with research, data management, and project coordination
- Opportunity to influence policy content and policy management processes
- Use your own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Law or business law
- Computer skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with SAP systems is a plus but not required
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German (written and verbal); French is a plus
- Soft skills:
- Organization & time management skills are essential
- Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support
- Quality driven, reliable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail are highly important
- Other: Understanding of or interest in legal topics; ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Working from Walldorf office is required
Where you belong
The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) develops and operates SAP's Compliance Management System. This includes support for the SAP Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related compliance policies and procedures, with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act), fraud prevention, and other compliance matters. Our Policy Management team ensures that SAP's global and local policies are clear, up to date, and accessible to all employees.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and leveraging state of the art software.
