Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Where you belong

As a working student at SAP, you will join the Digital Client Success team for Engagement Cloud and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Our team supports customers throughout their journey, helping them adopt our solutions, realize value, and build long-term success. The Digital Client Success Team is a global and agile team whose mission is to drive customer engagements at scale to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will work closely with experienced Digital Client Success Managers and contribute to initiatives that improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about customer success, marketing automation, and digital transformation, and who wants to turn academic knowledge into practical business experience.

What you´ll build

  • Support Digital Client Success Managers in preparing account reviews, customer insights, and risk assessments.
  • Help analyze customer adoption, usage patterns, and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare customer-facing materials, presentations, and follow-up documents.
  • Contribute to and take ownership of smaller projects that improve internal processes, customer communication, or reporting.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and related teams.
  • Take ownership of selected customer-facing tasks independently while receiving guidance and feedback from the team.
  • Gain practical experience in SaaS, customer success, marketing automation, and digital customer engagement.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Soft skills: Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills and motivation to work in an international team.
  • Others: Good analytical skills and confidence working with data, reports, and presentations, combined with a strong interest in customer success, SaaS, digital transformation, marketing automation, or customer experience

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of €1750 gross/month/full time for interns and €2547 gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
