What you'll build

As part of our newly established global Corporate Growth Reference Advisory team, you will help scale how SAP identifies, creates, and promotes impactful customer value stories. Your work will directly support sales teams and strengthen SAP’s market presence by enabling better storytelling and customer engagement.

You will:

  • Manage incoming customer reference nominations from SAP colleagues and partners
  • Help design and implement processes and AI tools to scale the creation and publication of high impact customer stories
  • Amplify customer success stories through targeted campaigns, digital, and social channels
  • Support sales teams in identifying the most relevant reference assets for customer engagements
  • Facilitate connections between prospects and reference customers to accelerate decision making and adoption
  • Engage and nurture the community of SAP advocates through our Customer Appreciation Network
  • Provide support for internal projects, sales and marketing initiatives, executive requests, and events
  • Assist with internal communications and reporting for senior management

What you bring

  • You are enrolled as a university student (f/m/d) in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a virtual, global team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in sales enablement or marketing is an advantage
  • Availability for at least 6 months
  • Working from the office is not required

Where you belong

The Corporate Growth Reference Advisory Team is part of the Customer Outcomes & Advocacy organization. We build and nurture long term relationships with customers who are willing to share their experiences publicly and within the SAP community. As a newly established team, we play a strategic role in strengthening SAP’s market and mindshare in the corporate customer segment. We work closely with customers, partners, and SAP’s global sales and marketing teams.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
