What you´ll build
As a working student (f/m/d), you actively support our Premium and Customer Innovation Services MEE management team jointly with our two Strategic Projects and Communications Leads.
- Increase visibility and traffic to our internal SharePoint Sites through regular updates and gamification methods while gathering constant feedback
- Automate internal communication processes using MS Power Automate and MS Power Apps
- Full-scale support with internal and external events organization
- Assist with creation of internal and external communication assets (LinkedIn Campaigns, videos, presentations etc.)
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields
- Computer skills: MS Office 365 (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.), SharePoint Sites, SharePoint Lists, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Proactive ownership of tasks, attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, team player, analytical thinking, ability to work independently, keen eye for visual aesthetics
Where you belong
The Premium and Customer Innovation Services organization, as part of Customer Engagement & Adoption MEE, owns strategic long-term customer relationships via AI custom development, MaxAttention, Active Attention, Value Assurance, and Success Plans.
We provide proactive and strong leadership through our front office roles, such as our Technical Quality Managers and Success Plan Managers, for every customer engagement, providing expertise and instant resolution of top pain points and fast access to best practices/information, plus instant quality assurance of recommendations and the service plan.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
