What you'll do
You will support the GRF Germany Team in the following areas:
- Support the creation, execution, and evaluation of internal surveys and feedback initiatives
- Maintain and update SharePoint pages, templates, distribution lists, and communication assets
- Support process optimization and administrative coordination tasks across different operational topics
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, workshops, and project-related activities
- Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team
- Coordinate and maintain internal information platforms and data structures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analysing operational and communication-related processes
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or English/Linguistics
- Computer skills: Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Word and Powerpoint)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Writing Excellence: The ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences (e.g., a formal press release vs. a punchy internal post)
- A structured and self-driven working style, strong quality awareness, quick comprehension skills, and flexibility
- Affinity for innovative technologies, Design and Media
- Commitment, high sense of responsibility, and strong team orientation
- Initial work experience is an advantage (e.g., internship)
- Ideally: Experience working in large global companies
Where you belong
Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) at SAP manages the organization’s global real estate portfolio and operational facility management. We are an innovative and trusted business partner within the organization and develop modern, future-oriented workplace and infrastructure solutions that reflect SAP’s values. We manage facilities, services, real estate, and construction at our office buildings and data centers.
The regional GRF team is responsible for around 100 buildings in Germany with an area covering roughly 540,000 m2, at locations such as Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, and Munich in addition to SAP headquarters in Walldorf and St. Leon-Rot. Within this team we currently re-structure GRF communication and marketing (all channels) towards our stakeholder and all employees. We want to report on the activities of GRF and the resulting added value for all employees. Communication should be modern, professional and user-oriented.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
