What you'll build

• Supporting communications and marketing tasks in the Office of the CEO
• Driving marketing activities online with a focus on social media and website development
• Creating compelling communication assets for different audiences both internally and externally including visuals, presentations, and documents
• Designing internal communication assets including newsletter, SharePoint, blog posts, and MS Teams channels
• Assisting with the planning, organization, preparation, and follow-up of events as well as political and business meetings

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred in marketing, communications, economics, political science or related fields
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• First experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
• Location: working from Berlin or virtual

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Is creative and enjoys creating a variety of content and assets
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages to a variety of audiences
• Can work up to 20 hours per week

As a reliable partner of the German administration, we will fully meet the special requirements of our customers for IT security, data protection and secrecy and contribute to the digital transformation of the public sector in Germany.

For this exciting task, we are successively expanding our organization in the upcoming months and looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the office of the CEO with various and diverse tasks.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
