Where you belong

As a working student at SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly known as SAP Emarsys), you'll dive into the world of marketing automation. You’ll become an integral part of our Client Success team and have the opportunity to further develop the knowledge you've gained during your studies through practical experience.

In this role, you’ll actively support our team, which is responsible for building long-term and sustainable customer relationships as well as expanding the existing client portfolio. You’ll take ownership of small projects independently, with your team always available to offer advice and support. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in a dynamic environment!

What you’ll build

• Support with PowerPoint presentations
• Preparation and analysis of KPIs for various stakeholders
• External outreach activities such as preparing templates for effective customer communication about product updates, events, etc.
• Preparing cost estimates for new contract negotiations
• Market and customer research to support Client Success Managers Assisting with competitor analysis, benchmarks, and industry trends
• Organizational support for events and workshops (managing invitations, monitor registrations, prepare content, etc.)
• Close and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams

What you bring

• Ongoing studies, ideally in business administration or marketing
• Interest in digital marketing, customer experience, and client engagement
• Independent and structured work style, hands-on mentality, flexibility, and a high degree of proactivity
• Experience working with AI
• A good head for numbers and analytical thinking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Diligent and detail-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and German is required

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1703€ gross/month/full time for interns and 2547€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.
