About SAP Labs Network and SAP Labs Vietnam
SAP Labs Network is the global R&D setup where over 55,000 engineers around the world create, operate and support the most innovative enterprise solutions for SAP’s customers worldwide. SAP Labs Vietnam aims to become one of the key locations within the SAP Labs Network to support the engineering growth for SAP.
What you'll build
In this role, you'll support the design of enterprise-grade user experiences for SAP products. You'll create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, interaction concepts, and simple UI patterns under guidance from senior designers. You'll apply established design system standards and accessibility guidance to routine design tasks, helping improve usability, consistency, and workflow efficiency. You'll assist with usability testing by preparing materials, coordinating participants, taking notes, capturing observations, and organizing findings into clear documentation. Your work will help teams understand user pain points, refine early concepts, and make better product decisions. You'll also contribute to simple AI-assisted interactions, learning how clarity, usefulness, trust, and consistency shape the quality of AI-enabled enterprise experiences.
What you bring
You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, with foundational UX design skills and exposure to enterprise, SaaS, or web application design. Exposure to enterprise workflows or operational systems is helpful. You understand core principles of interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and inclusive design, and can create basic user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation in Figma or similar tools. You are familiar with usability testing, interviews, surveys, observation, note-taking, and basic synthesis, and can apply feedback precisely. You are curious about enterprise software and bring a careful, learning-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. Awareness of AI-assisted experiences, conversational interfaces, Responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop workflows is a plus.
Where you belong
You'll join an international UX team within SAP Customer Experience, working on cloud-native back-office solutions for Consumer Industry customers, including Retail and CPG companies. You'll collaborate daily with colleagues based in Asia, EMEA, and the US, with guidance from experienced designers, researchers, and design leads. You'll gain exposure to AI design, including embedded AI experiences and the latest agentic design patterns. SAP-sponsored learning hours and resources will support your growth as you build foundations in enterprise UX, research-informed design, AI design, and global collaboration while working on real customer-facing business problems.
