What you’ll build
To design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize / automate LoB processes and improve work efficiency. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages.
This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, driving innovation and value across the organization.
- Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own, create, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog & roadmap, focusing on high-priority items and alignment with business objectives and the AI strategy.
- Balance business needs, technological capability, and market trends for successful AI implementation
- Ensures that all AI deliveries from the team are compliant and inline with SAP processes
- Assess technical feasibility of new AI demands and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Participate in all relevant stages of the E2E AI lifecycle, including design, proof-of-concept, refinement, backlog management, development, and operations/value realization tracking.
- Collaboration
- Engage with stakeholders across LoBs to ensure transparency, product feedback and to identify key opportunities for autonomous agent solutions across the organization
- Take full responsibility for achievement of the squad's goals
- Adhere to the standards set by architects, security & other SMEs
- Continuous Improvement
- Promote value realization & iterative product learning through use feedback collection
- Proactively self-improve & share expertise with the squad
- Give & receive feedback regularly to improve processes and product
What you bring:
- 10+ years of work experience
- Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in product ownership or management within AI, data, or technology-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing and operating production ready AI Solution (with business context)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and product development lifecycles.
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
- General Business Expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability and strategic thinking.
- Qualification & Certificates
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar field
- SAP, AWS, GCP, Azure certifications (desirable)
- Product Owner & Project Management certifications (desirable)
- Functional Expertise - Proficiency in Sales and/or Marketing Processes
