What you'll bring

• You're an experienced mixed-methods researcher who can independently lead complex research programs and influence product strategy through customer insights.
• You know when to apply qualitative and quantitative methods, thrive in ambiguity, and are skilled at turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• You have experience researching AI-enabled experiences and evaluating factors such as usability, trust, quality, and adoption.
• Just as importantly, you're a strong collaborator who builds trusted partnerships across Product, Design, and Engineering and enjoys mentoring and developing other researchers.

What you'll build

• You'll lead end-to-end research initiatives that shape the future of Concur products, from early discovery through evaluative research and AI experience assessment.
• Working closely with teams in India and across the globe, you'll identify the right questions to answer, design the appropriate research approach, and deliver insights that influence product direction.
• As a senior researcher, you'll help teams better understand customer needs, evaluate new experiences, and make confident, evidence-based decisions.
• Your ability to synthesize complex findings into compelling stories will ensure research drives meaningful action.

Where you belong
You'll be the senior research lead for your product areas and a trusted advisor to Product, Design, and Engineering teams. You'll own research outcomes, champion customer-centered decision-making, and help ensure research has a measurable impact on both product strategy and execution. Mentorship is a key part of the role. You'll guide and support other researchers, helping elevate research quality and grow the team's capabilities. As a senior researcher based in India, you'll also play an important role in strengthening connections across regional and global teams, helping scale the impact of research across Concur.
