Job Title: Sr. HRBP Consultant

Purpose and Objective:

SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Sr. HRBP Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to support the Customer Success board area people transformation while leveraging SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise data analytics.

Expectations and Tasks:

Prepare key people insights / reporting dashboard for Customer Success HRBP lead, Executive Board Member, and Senior Leadership Team through reporting and analytics for decision making. Manage all aspects of program and project planning, status updates, coordination with key stakeholders and overseeing execution. Consult the business when it comes to reporting and analytics. Understand business demand and translate it into analytical demand. Conduct functional and technical decomposition to help develop an implementation plan with the agile team/ Product Owner. Define and orchestrate key deliverables and monitor key performance measures. Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications, reporting, and presentations for HR, management and employees. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise by identifying process/data improvements. Perform day-to-day operations, including ad-hoc analytical inquiries, reports, meeting preparations, and concept developments. Illustrate concepts in Power-point or in an analytical manner (statistics). In addition, this position is expected to ensure key HR stakeholders including the CS HRBPs in six regions around the globe (NA, LAC, EMEA, MEE, APJ and China), global HR PMO team (based on Waldorf, Germany), Gina Vargiu-Breuer’s (new SAP CHRO) office (also based in Waldorf, Germany), and the global Strategy & Operations team are all updated on key CS HR portfolio topics, reporting updates, program updates, and mitigation steps for SAP CS employee escalations, etc.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:

  • HR Strategy and processes, including developing, supporting, or overarching people strategy for enterprise-wide customer facing organization;

  • Data and analytics modeling, BI, queries, concept development, and data methodologies;

  • SAP Analytics Cloud;

  • SAP SuccessFactors;

  • Project management across all enterprise levels;

  • Consulting and Stakeholder Management, including understanding business processes, demand management, organizational structures, translating ideas or concepts into actionable outcome driven approaches, facilitation, and presentation to large and diverse audiences;

  • Develop organizational change management, including agile methodologies, leveraging HCM technology, and business processes;

  • MS Office Excel; and

  • Scrum and SAFe.

Travel: Position does require up to 30% domestic and international travel to various, unanticipated SAP offices for strategic planning and project alignment with leadership.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $99,466 - $149,600. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $99,466 - $170,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
