SUMMARY
Analytics is one of the fastest growing areas and this role requires using innovation and state-of-the-art software to help customers deploy cloud-based solutions. As we are strengthening our team in this exciting growth area, we are looking for a consultant who can bring an entrepreneur mindset and help our customers on their journey of innovation and digital transformation. As a consultant in the Analytics & Insight Services team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Analytics, Planning and Data Management solutions based on SAP’s Business Technology Platform.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
In this role, you will work directly with Line of Business, Industry and Technology experts to translate our customer's business needs into outcome-based analytics solutions. The role will involve both functional and technical expertise to develop data & analytics skills to best address our customers’ needs.
1. Ability to scope and deliver an end-to-end Analytics services
2. Deliver expertise and strategic advisory to help customers develop analytics roadmap and strategy that ties into a customer’s vision and business imperatives.
3. Bring strong thought-leadership and cloud mindset with clear understanding of cloud concepts and cloud architecture in order to help SAP customers on their journey to the cloud.
4. Articulate and lead analytics business use case discovery working with business users at all levels
5. Lead the design, build and deployment of analytics and data management solutions for SAP customers
6. Ability to work as a visualization expert to recommend the best visualization stories for a customer's business KPI's
7. Contribute to the solution knowledge base with specific areas of expertise, develop and document enterprise knowledge in the form of technical articles, and best practices
8. Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution-focused, self-starter.
9. Willingness to participate in the sales process, if needed, as a subject matter expert

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields

PERSONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in SAP BTP solutions like SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud with at least 7 years of solution lead skills
2. Strong work ethics, driven, dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure situations
3. Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution-focused, self-starter.
4. More than 10 years of data warehousing skillset
5. Willingness and ability to learn quickly new cloud-based solutions for Data & Analytics, but also eager to stay on top of technology innovations and to continuously learn
6. Technology skills with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud or SAP SAC is a requirement for this role
7. Data science-related skills like Machine Learning are plus

CUSTOMER FACING SKILLS
1. Excellent interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication and solid presentation skills
2. Ability to inspire confidence and work with all levels of client and internal staff. Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to a non-technical audience.
3. Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner with a non-technical audience
4. Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications
