What You'll build:

As part of SAP Technical Support, you will work directly with customers using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC), supporting their e-Invoicing and statutory reporting requirements across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and resolve customer issues related to e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and Document Compliance processing.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide clear, actionable solutions for customer problems, leveraging AI tools to accelerate diagnosis and resolution.
• Provide direct technical assistance via SAP's Customer Service System, including ABAP debugging, and complex configuration verification.
• Support customers on both SAP S/4HANA on-premise and Private Cloud Edition.
• Extend the internal and external Knowledge Base to improve self-service resolution rates.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Product teams to drive solution share and product quality.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud).
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in or exposure to financial, tax, or compliance business processes (e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, VAT) is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to work with customers in real time.
• Prior experience in SAP Support, Consulting, or IT preferred.
