Job Description

You'll design, code, test, and assure quality for SAP product features. You'll analyze issues, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in architecture and processes.

What you'll bring

You have strong coding and debugging skills and hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based microservices. A solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems basics, and CI/CD practices is required. Experience with AI/LLM workflows, including prompt design, basic RAG patterns, and integrating AI services into applications, is important. An ownership mindset, combined with experience in testing, validation, and troubleshooting production systems, will set you up to contribute well.

Hands-on experience with SAP BTP is a plus, along with development skills (Node.js, Python, or similar). Familiarity with e-invoicing is a plus, or the ability to ramp up fast on domain-specific formats.

What you'll build

You'll design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI-enabled features and services, with a focus on scalability and reliability. LLM integration and basic RAG workflows, including prompt management and response validation, are part of your core work. You'llbuild and improve evaluation and benchmarking pipelines to measure AI output quality and system performance. Cross-functional collaboration to refine requirements and improve system design is a regular expectation.

You'll own features and modules end-to-end and work closely with product, data, platform, and AI teams to align on goals and deliver quality results. This team values direct communication, shared accountability, and continuous improvement. You'll participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and help build team capabilities as you develop deeper expertise in AI-native application development.
