チームおよびポジションについて

Solution Advisor は、お客様が SAP BTP を活用してビジネス課題を解決するための戦略的なアドバイザーとして活動するポジションです。個別案件ではVAT（提案チーム）リードやメンバーとして、お客様課題に合わせた製品価値の説明や提案、デモの実施、CSMへのアダプションプランの引継ぎなどのプリセールス活動、市場に向けてはブログの執筆やイベント登壇、社内に向けては勉強会や製品ロードマップの共有などを行います。また事業全体また中期の視点でパイプラインの創出や管理といった Demand Generation の役割も担っており、今回は主に後者のDGタスクをリードいただくポジションの募集となります。チームやロールとしては前者も同一ですので、将来的には個人のキャリア計画に基づいて、これらのバランスは柔軟に調整していきます。主な職務内容市場やお客様のビジネス・技術要件を深く理解し、SAP BTP を活用したソリューション提案シナリオやセールスシナリオの創出上記シナリオに沿って、市場開拓のための Thought Leadership 施策や、パイプライン(案件)創出のための Demand Generation 企画の立案・遂行SAP Japan における SAP BTP ビジネスのパイプライン管理、Gap分析と施策の立案・遂行Global / APAC Solution Hub や Program Lead との連携パートナーエコシステム開発や育成のため Ecosystem Development Manager (EDM) との連携

市場ニーズやビジネス課題への理解力や分析経験与えられた目標に対してチームや複数人で実行するプログラムの立案・遂行

SAP 製品・ソリューションに関する知識・経験SAP BTP または 他社クラウドプラットフォームに関する知識・経験

お客様への技術提案・プレゼンテーションの経験日本語ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

歓迎要件（あると望ましい）

事業開発や事業推進、プログラムリードやPMOの経験SAP BTP に関するプレゼン・デモ・提案

イベントなどでの講演・プレゼンテーションの経験

プリセールスまたはソリューションコンサルティングの経験英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
