SAPジャパンのCloud Architect & Advisoryチームでは、SAP BASIS、インフラ、クラウド移行、またはRISE with SAP関連プロジェクトの経験を活かし、クラウドアーキテクトとして成長したい方を募集しています。
このポジションは、RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition を検討するお客様に対し、クラウド基盤・SAPテクノロジー・移行アプローチに関する技術的なアドバイスを提供する役割です。 SAPが提唱する Autonomous Enterprise（AIが業務を自律的に推進する次世代エンタープライズ像）の実現には、お客様システムのクラウド移行とClean Core化が前提となります。その流れの中で RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition の戦略的価値はかつてないほど高まっており、それを技術的にリードするのが本ポジションです。
これまでSAP BASIS、インフラ運用、移行、アップグレード、クラウド基盤構築などに関わってきた経験をもとに、提案・設計・顧客アドバイザリー領域へキャリアを広げることができます。

  Autonomous Enterpriseの実現には、お客様の基幹システムがクラウド上でClean Coreの状態にあることが不可欠です。これにより、Joule（AIエージェント）、BDC（Business Data Cloud）、Business AIといった新領域の価値をお客様が享受できるようになります。CAAは、その入口であるPrivate Cloud移行を技術面からリードする役割であり、SAPがいま最も注力している領域に関わる業務となります。

主な業務内容

RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition を検討するお客様に対し、営業チームやソリューションチームと連携しながら、技術面でのアドバイザリーを担当します。
具体的には、以下のような業務を担います。

• お客様の既存SAP環境、インフラ構成、運用課題を理解し、クラウド移行に向けた技術的な論点を整理する
• RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition のサービス内容、提供価値、技術的な前提条件をお客様に説明する
• お客様の要件をもとに、S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition のReference Architectureにどのように落とし込むかを検討する
• HA/DR、事業継続性、セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、ネットワーク接続など、クラウド基盤に関する主要な技術論点を整理する
• Clean Core化やAutonomous Enterprise実現に向けた、将来拡張（Joule / BDC / Business AI 連携）を見据えた移行設計の議論に参加する
• RFP / RFI に対し、技術面からの回答をサポートする
• お客様とのワークショップに参加し、将来像や移行ロードマップの検討を支援する
• 必要に応じて、社内外のスペシャリストと連携し、技術的な議論をリードまたはサポートする
• 営業チームが提案を進めるために必要な技術的情報や見積関連情報を整理する
• 日本国内のお客様に対して、必要に応じて訪問・出張を行う

必須要件

以下すべてを満たしている必要はありません。
SAP BASIS、インフラ、クラウド移行いずれかの経験をお持ちで、クラウドアーキテクト領域へ成長したい方を歓迎します。

• SAP BASIS、SAPインフラ、SAPシステム運用、またはSAPテクノロジー領域での実務経験
• SAPシステムの移行、アップグレード、運用設計、DB管理、または基盤構築に関する経験
• サーバー、ネットワーク、ストレージ、仮想化、データベースなど、ITインフラ基盤に関する基本的な理解
• お客様や社内関係者と技術的な内容を分かりやすくコミュニケーションできる力
• 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力
• 英語での読み書き、またはグローバルチームと連携する意欲

• RISE with SAP または S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition に関わった経験
• オンプレミスからクラウドへのSAP移行プロジェクト経験
• AWS、Microsoft Azure、Google CloudなどHyperscaler環境でのSAPシステム導入・移行・運用経験
• HA/DR、バックアップ、セキュリティ、ネットワーク、接続設計に関する知識
• プリセールス、ソリューション提案、RFP/RFI対応の経験
• SAP認定資格、クラウド関連資格、または今後取得する意欲
• Clean Core、BTP、Joule、BDC など、SAP次世代領域への関心
• 英語での会議参加や資料作成の経験

Cloud Architect & Advisoryチームは、SAPクラウドおよびSAPテクノロジーに関する専門性を活かし、お客様のクラウド変革を技術面から支援するチームです。
日本国内のお客様に向き合いながら、APACやグローバルのメンバー、営業、ソリューション、プロダクトスペシャリストと連携し、複雑なクラウド移行やRISE with SAPの検討を支援しています。
チームでは、技術的な深さだけでなく、オープンなコラボレーションや継続的な学習を大切にしています。
クラウド関連資格取得、新しい技術領域への挑戦、国内外のナレッジ共有などを通じて、SAPクラウド領域の専門性を高められる環境です。

WHAT YOU’ll BUILD

This is a customer facing role where you will support the sales teams during entire cycle of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:

1. Present in detail the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to the customers (usually to CIO’s, IT managers, data center managers and SAP Technology staff)

1. Support and organize technical responses to RFP / RFI’s.

1. Conduct detailed technical workshops with customers to define the “to-be” architecture and plan the migration roadmap together with Professional Services.

1. Work closely with the SAP solution architects & customers to map the planned solution architecture into the Private Cloud Edition reference architecture.

1. Blueprint customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks etc.

1. Work to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.

1. Own the technical discussions with the customer on the Private Cloud Edition topic and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from Cloud Architect & Advisory organization as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Very high proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required.

• Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies etc.

• Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks etc.)

• Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition

• Ability and willingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.

• Japanese/English native or Business level speaker, any other language an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on customer facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience (eg. Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity etc.)

• Experience with SAP on Hyperscalers implementation / platform migration experiences are the BIG advantage; Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor necessary
