SAPジャパンのクラウドアーキテクト&アドバイザリーチームにて、新メンバーを募集しています。このポジションは、お客様のS/4HANA Cloud Private Edition導入検討段階において、クラウドインフラ技術に関するお客様との主要な窓口となります。社内の営業チームと密に連携し、お客様にとっての信頼できるアドバイザーおよび専門家としての役割を果たします。

具体的な業務内容

RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Editionをご検討いただいているお客様に直接関わり、全サイクルで営業チームをサポートします。以下は、担当する主な業務です。

  1. RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Editionのサービス提供と付加価値の詳細を、顧客(CIO、ITマネージャー、データセンターマネージャー、SAPテクノロジースタッフ等)に説明する。

  1. RFP / RFI (Request for Proposal / Information) に対し技術的な側面から回答する。

  1. 顧客とワークショップを行い、未来のあり方を定義し、スペシャリストと協力してロードマップを計画する。

  1. 顧客とソリューションアーキテクトと密に連携し、顧客のアーキテクチャ要件をPrivate Cloud EditionのReference Architectureへ落とし込む。

  1. HA/DR、事業の継続性、セキュリティやコンプライアンス、ネットワークなどを含む顧客の要件を描く。

  1. 見積書を作成し、営業チームの取引を継続的に支援する。

  1. Cloud Private Editionに関する技術的な議論を主導する。必要に応じてスペシャリストたちをまとめ議論をリードする立場として行動する。


応募要件

  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションやプレゼンテーションにおける高度なスキル

  • SAPテクノロジー(リリース、プラットフォームの相互依存関係など)についての理解

  • ストレージ、仮想化、ハードウェア、ネットワークなど、プラットフォーム全体についての理解

  • RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Editionについての理解

  • 必要に応じて国内顧客に対する出張が可能であること

  • 日本語/英語共にビジネスレベル以上

  • SAPテクノロジーのコンサルティングやプリセールス等顧客対応の経験4年以上(SAPテクノロジー例:Basis管理、DB管理、移行、アップグレードなど)

  • エンタープライズ向けソフトウェアのベンダーまたはサービスベンダーでの経験

WHAT YOU’ll BUILD

This is a customer facing role where you will support the sales teams during entire cycle of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:

  1. Present in detail the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to the customers (usually to CIO’s, IT managers, data center managers and SAP Technology staff)

  1. Support and organize technical responses to RFP / RFI’s.

  1. Conduct detailed technical workshops with customers to define the “to-be” architecture and plan the migration roadmap together with Professional Services.

  1. Work closely with the SAP solution architects & customers to map the planned solution architecture into the Private Cloud Edition reference architecture.

  1. Blueprint customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks etc.

  1. Work to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.

  1. Own the technical discussions with the customer on the Private Cloud Edition topic and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from Cloud Architect & Advisory organization as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Very high proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required.

  • Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies etc.

  • Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks etc.)

  • Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition

  • Ability and willingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.

  • Japanese/English native or Business level speaker, any other language an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of hands-on customer facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience (eg. Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity etc.)

  • Experience with SAP on Hyperscalers implementation / platform migration experiences are the BIG advantage; Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor necessary
