PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption is accelerating the next generation of enterprise transformation by helping customers evolve into intelligent, adaptive, and increasingly autonomous organizations. As part of SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption, Business Transformation Services (BTS) serves as SAP’s strategic transformation advisory organization. BTS combines deep industry expertise, business innovation, and technology leadership to help customers design and execute business transformation journeys that unlock sustainable growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

The core mission of BTS is to guide organizations through their transition toward AI-enabled and increasingly autonomous business operations. This includes the design of transformation roadmaps that leverage SAP Business Suite, SAP Business AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and agentic technologies to reimagine business processes, decision-making models, and operating structures.

BTS consultants partner with executive stakeholders to identify new value pools, redesign end-to-end business processes, accelerate innovation adoption, and enable the realization of measurable business outcomes through data-driven transformation initiatives.

Management consulting, value engineering, business model innovation, process redesign, organizational change management, AI adoption, and continuous transformation are embedded in BTS's DNA.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Implementation projects or SAP Consulting / Advisory, leading business transformation.
  • Awareness of SAP Business AI, intelligent automation, and Autonomous Enterprise concepts, with the ability to translate innovation into measurable business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a combination of the following:

  • Strong knowledge of the SAP portfolio, with deep expertise in Finance and Controlling.
  • Experience in managing SAP consultants/expert in cross-functional teams or/and SAP project management experience.
  • Experience advising customers on SAP-led business transformation initiatives, proven ability to manage customer relationships, facilitate executive discussions,
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions, SAP Business AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, with a passion for innovation and business transformation.

  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Experience in business process optimization, value realization, and transformation roadmap development.
