What you'll do

SAP Sustainability Integration Development team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior User Assistance and Content Developer (f/m/d) with strong Agile facilitation skills to join our team. This hybrid role blends deep expertise in user assistance development, business process configuration, and agile mindset to support the delivery of world-class enterprise software solutions in the Sustainability area. You’ll work cross-functionally to create impactful content, guide teams through Agile practices, and contribute to SAP’s sustainability and innovation goals

  • Create high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables and business configuration content that help users deploy, administer, and use SAP software effectively
  • Use SAP software hands-on to validate the accuracy and usability of UA and business configuration content
  • Produce collateral such as configuration guides and administration manuals
  • Apply appropriate tone and style tailored to product and audience
  • Work closely with subject-matter experts, UX designers, developers, validation teams, and product support
  • Share advanced product and process knowledge across teams and department
  • Coordinate UA deliverables and milestones for S/4HANA and BTP deliveries
  • Ensure Scrum principles are understood and effectively implemented across teams
  • Act as a servant-leader, facilitating Scrum events and supporting team self-organization

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, user assistance, or business process configuration
  • Strong understanding of SAP software, business processes, and configuration principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment are a plus
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
