What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic design initiatives with a focus on SAP Signavio Suite Experience.

  • Develop early design concepts and strategically evolve product and value propositions.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, product management, and engineering teams.

  • Initiate, drive, and secure buy-in for future concepts and directions aligned with customer and user needs, product vision, and company strategy.

  • Assess and analyze software conditions, competitive reviews, and stakeholder inputs to recommend solutions and identify opportunities for improvement in existing software.

  • Partner with UX researchers to facilitate large-scale strategic research projects.

  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure alignment with our design system and UX principles.

  • Synchronize design efforts with stakeholders regularly for transparency and alignment with overarching initiatives.

  • Facilitate impactful workshops with groups of varying sizes, planning activities, drawing insights, and engaging participants.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience within agile software development teams and a proven goal-oriented mindset.

  • Background in B2B/Enterprise tool design/research.

  • Familiarity with user experience/design software tools like Figma, Material Design standards, Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with design systems, components, and contributing to their development over time.

  • Skills in leading, mentoring, and coaching designers and stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge of UX methodologies and artefacts (wireframes, personas, flows).

  • Experience in effectively utilizing UX research and validation approaches to ensure decisions are well-founded prior to engineering hand-off.

  • Proficiency in creating, communicating, and enabling execution of UX strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven working approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional design skills and the ability to manage a project from conception to production.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate timelines and scope expectations.

  • A proactive, self-starting attitude, comfortable with aligning with all types of stakeholders.

  • Expertise in AI Design and emerging trends

  • Proven team player skills, emphasizing collaboration and achieving common goals.
