Position Summary: As a Senior SAP MM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in successfully implementing and enhancing the SAP S/4HANA Material Management processes, helping our clients optimize their inventory and procurement processes. This position requires comprehensive SAP MM expertise and a strong ability to navigate complex projects while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of SAP MM solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices and strategic decision-making to align their business processes with SAP capabilities, using the Rise with SAP methodology.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and create solution design documents.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA MM module to address specific business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure effective adoption of SAP MM solutions.
  • Foster customer adoption of S/4HANA by actively engaging with client teams and stakeholders to highlight benefits and support smooth transitions.
  • Oversee customer transformation journey from planning and execution to post-implementation support and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules like SD, FI, and PP to ensure effective integration and synergy.
  • Stay abreast of emerging SAP trends and technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP MM consultancy with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong mastery of SAP MM configuration and integration within the S/4HANA framework.
  • Proven experience implementing S/4HANA MM with Fiori apps using best practices.
  • Proficiency with Cloud ALM and Rise with SAP methodology is essential.
  • S/4HANA MM certification is required.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle complex engagements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in delivering presentations and leading client discussions.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Knowledge or experience in Signavio, LeanIX, AI technologies, Ariba document flow, SAP BTP, EWM, or IBP is desirable.
