We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Consultant for Transformation to join our Business Development for Transformation Team. Our newly formed Transition Area within Cloud Lifecycle Management – Software Logistics (CLM-SL) focuses on delivering tools and services to facilitate smooth transitions to SAP Business Suite. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our internal and external organizational presence, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring that customer needs and interests are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Enable and foster internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Safeguard projects for early adopters, ensuring a smooth transition and successful outcome.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and user groups to understand and address their needs and concerns.
Act as a strong advocate for customer needs and interests, ensuring their voices are heard and considered
Collect feedback, lessons learned, and improvement proposals to continuously enhance our services and solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, with a strong emphasis on business transformation projects.
In-depth knowledge of transition paths and related tooling, preferably in SAP S/4HANA
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Portfolio, SAP Rise Methodology, and Cloud & Clean Core Strategy is a plus
Proficiency in ABAP and/or Java is a plus.
