YOUR FUTURE ROLE

You will be part of the Business Transformation Services (BTS) team in MEE. BTS is the strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Customer Success organization. We assist customers in achieving their Cloud Transformation vision and work with them at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to measure, mobilize, and deliver strategic business outcomes. Our ambition is to drive business value and successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage, implement and optimize SAP solutions.

We are seeking colleagues with an advisory mindset, broad experience in various industries, processes, SAP products and architectures within a multinational setting who can provide expert guidance to decision-makers. As a BTS consultant, you will offer advice to customers on developing and implementing business processes and IT strategies that drive digital transformation.

In addition to possessing broad knowledge rather than in-depth expertise in SAP product and architecture, it is important for you to have a comprehensive understanding of industry and IT trends, as well as business processes. Furthermore, the following qualifications are key for success:

  • Extensive experience in independently managing projects for customers, with a strong emphasis on customer orientation
  • The ability to think conceptually while maintaining a focus on quality and delivering results
  • Adaptability and the capability to quickly adjust to new environments, enabling rapid personal growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
  • Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading discussions and panels
  • A can-do attitude, approaching challenges with a positive and proactive mindset

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years’ experience in SAP related Consulting or similar
  • Track record in delivering advisory projects in international settings
  • Understanding of IT trends and their impact on business/IT strategies
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferably in business/economics or IT) or an MBA
  • Management Consulting Experience is beneficial
  • Fluency in both English and German is required

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our diverse team serves mainly large and very large customers in German speaking countries. We offer our strategic and holistic advisory services in very early phases of a program or project lifecycle and cooperate successfully with other Customer Success teams from sales, presales and solution consulting.
