About SAP Labs Network and SAP Labs Vietnam
SAP Labs Network is the global R&D setup where over 55,000 engineers around the world create, operate and support the most innovative enterprise solutions for SAP’s customers worldwide. What you'll build
As a Senior Product Specialist for the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solution, you will support the definition and execution of product capabilities that help consumer goods companies optimize pricing, promotions, trade investments, and revenue performance. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and customer-facing teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
A key focus of this role is driving functional expertise in TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and finance-related processes, ensuring the product meets complex commercial and financial business requirements. You will collaborate directly with customers and industry experts to understand operational pain points and support the delivery of intuitive, high-impact workflows.
You will:
Support product discovery, requirement definition, and solution validation
Act as a domain expert for trade promotion planning, execution and settlement in finance
Partner with engineering and design teams to refine product requirements and prioritize enhancements
Translate customer and market feedback into actionable product improvements
Support roadmap execution and cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Contribute to customer adoption and enablement activities
Support AI-driven and data-driven product innovation initiatives
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in product management, product specialization, business analysis, or solution consulting for SaaS or ERP
Strong domain expertise in S/4HANA, pricing and finance workflows– pricing, billing, accruals, credit memo etc.
Deep understanding of Consumer Products Industry commercial planning, trade investment processes, or revenue growth management
Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and go-to-market functions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-evolving global environments
Analytical mindset with strong customer focus
