What you’ll build:

As part of People & Culture Services, the People Relations team is responsible for ensuring a consistent and fair people relations management for complex and sensitive employee matters, involuntary terminations, restructurings, consequence, and performance management, also managing cross people topics/ initiatives according to the People Relations portfolio.

Key responsibility is the management of individual employee cases which require special focus and care in assigned countries where core tasks include:

  • Ensure Execution of People Relations Strategy: Act as a responsible end to end case manager/ coordinator, creating a trustful environment to deliver a first-class experience to all internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and partners.
  • Regional Responsibility: Responsible for a cluster of multiple EMEA/MEE countries ensuring compliance with local legislation in alignment with relevant partners.
  • Consultation and Case Management: Provide consultation and manage cases related to individual sensitive topics (e.g., workplace issues, health, performance & consequence management).
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders while executing end-to-end on the People Relations Portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services.
  • People Topics and Initiatives: Manage people topics and initiatives relevant to assigned countries/regions, such as e.g. restructuring programs and return-to-work programs, ensuring the highest quality standards.

What you bring:

To temporarily strengthen our engagement, we´re looking to hire an interim People Relations Partner to support our BENELUX and France based portfolio with the opportunity to extend country assignments based on knowledge and expertise.

Your Profile:

You help us establish structures and processes around above tasks, based on your solid People Relations expertise. You drive and execute on processes around critical and sensitive tasks, through high human touch and professionalism. Beyond that, you bring passion for people topics and the willingness to learn and work yourself into content-related tasks to further develop services for your assigned countries.

  • Proven HR Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR or equivalent relevant business roles.
  • People Relations Expertise: Deep knowledge of core People Relations practices, policies, and strong advisory/ stakeholder management skills.
  • Legal Knowledge: Solid foundation with labor/employment laws in BENELUX and France (additional EMEA countries preferred), and proficient working with legal counterparts; employment law degree is a plus.
  • Conflict Resolution: Experienced in conflict management and critical problem solving, with strong mediation skills.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: High empathy, strong communication skills in English, and strong ability to collaborate and develop trusted relationships with leaders, employees, legal councils, and social partners.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve high-stress situations with calmness and diplomacy.
  • Passion and Professionalism: Passionate about people topics with high complexity and the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
