PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Join the Global Commercial Finance (GCF) Operations Team as Senior Operations Specialist. Global Commercial Finance (GCF) Operations department is part of the Corporate Functions Operations – Strategy & Operations Group. We are supporting GCF from different perspectives, including strategy definition and evolution, franchising of the operating model, communications and enablement frameworks as well as strategic change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Holistically lead and/or support various strategic initiatives to improve commercial finance operations worldwide
• Design and improve commercial finance best practice franchise guidelines
• Optimize and continuously improve the quote creation, deal structuring, deal approval, and contracting processes in collaboration with various stakeholders and business partners
• Understand and manage the end-to-end impact of the initiatives
• Create presentations, data analysis, communications and other materials as needed
• Prepare and coordinate various workshops, conduct various enablement sessions
• Work proactively and independently and with full responsibility while setting priorities
• Collaborate and build strategic partnerships with various groups, including Regional Commercial Teams, Global Finance Success (GFS), Global Field Legal, Sales Operations, AI Team and so on.
  
  
  

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong capability of leading cross-functional and virtual teams
• Hands-on attitude, with focus on getting things done
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent business English, any additional language is an advantage
• Masters, Bachelor’s, or other University degree in Law or related fields
  
  
  

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5 years in Finance with experience in Commercial Finance Deal Support or Center of Expertise
• Experience engaging with senior executives and summarizing complex issues.
• Experience leading change initiatives for positive business outcomes.
• Skilled in coordinating and leading stakeholder conversations in global settings.
