Company Description

Job Description

What you'll bring

You bring deep expertise in regional marketing strategy, multi-channel campaign governance, and developing high-performing teams across a complex global scope. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.

  • Executive Strategic Planning & Multi-Channel Orchestration: proven experience in integrated marketing — campaigns, digital, events, and partner programs — at multi-market scale.
  • Revenue-Driven Marketing Leadership: you convert sales targets into demand requirements and own marketing-sourced, influenced, and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Team Leadership & People Development: proven track record building, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams and setting clear performance standards.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Influence: experience influencing senior stakeholders across sales, global marketing, and channel partner teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Market Insight: you track conversion across the buying lifecycle — prospect to closed won to adoption — and optimise investment accordingly.
  • A practical approach to AI: you use automation, agentic workflows, and context engineering to work more effectively and take responsibility for AI-generated outputs.

What you'll build

You will own the corporate segment marketing strategy for Americas — from global-to-local translation to pipeline and revenue outcomes across all Market Units.

  • Develop and own the integrated corporate segment marketing strategy spanning all channels.
  • Drive activation across all Market Units (MUs), partners, and sub-segments, including regional campaigns, local events, regional partner activation, and market-specific execution.
  • Translate global marketing direction into regional and Market Unit activation, balancing global standards with local market needs.
  • Align senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization (Global, Regional, MU, Corporate segment, channel, Digital Hub, and Sales).
  • Lead market intelligence and competitive insight to inform and refine strategy.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team across diverse geographies and functions.

Where you belong

You will join Global Marketing as a senior leader driving Corporate segment growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and commercial accountability — you operate as a peer to sales, with direct influence on pipeline and revenue. If you want enterprise-level scope with clear business impact, this is the right fit.
