Join us as a Senior Frontend Developer within the Customer Engagement and Innovation Delivery (CEID) team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and developing modern, best-in-class IT applications that drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.

The team is responsible for the ownership and continuous development of ONE360, a customer information system that serves as a central workspace for SAP. ONE360 consolidates and delivers critical customer insights and tools, enabling strategic decision-making and proactive management of customer and partner accounts. As one of SAP’s most widely used customer information systems, ONE360 holds significant strategic importance within the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in an agile SCRUM team, collaborating on shared features and new developments.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand analytical needs, challenge requirements, and translate business requirements into component implementations Build and enhance custom-components using React and TypeScript
  • Provide guidance for external service providers, such as oData services or rest-API.
  • Develop and implement React components and functions to create compelling user interfaces.
  • Document and hand over technical requirements to SAP HANA and Datasphere engineers or internal developers.
  • Design and configure the ONE360 Dashboard user interface using MXP (Multi Experience Platform), a low-code/no-code BTP environment.
  • Apply your analytical, business engagement, and development skills to strengthen the agile team.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve frontend and data-related issues efficiently.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in agile/scrum environments as a Developer or Analytical Engineer on complex projects.
  • Experience with UI/UX design and dashboard tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and technologies like Webpack, Babel, etc.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, with a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP HANA Cloud is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile development environment.
  • Passion for creating user-centered, compelling visualizations through iterative learning and refinement.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
