What you'll build
As a Senior Developer, you are a technical leader within the squad. You will architect complex extensibility solutions, drive the implementation of advanced Agentic Commerce features, and act as a gatekeeper for code quality and FedRAMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Design scalable and secure extensibility frameworks for the Commerce Cloud. Lead technical decision-making for your squad.
• Advanced AI Development: Lead the development of complex Agentic workflows (e.g., multi-agent systems for order processing) and integrate LLMs deeply into the core platform.
• Compliance Ownership: Ensure all architectural decisions align with FedRAMP requirements; lead security reviews and audits for the team.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Process Improvement: Drive the adoption of AI-native development workflows (using Claude Code/Cursor) to increase team velocity.

What you bring

• Experience: 8+ years of full-stack development with a track record of delivering complex web applications.
• Tech Stack: Expert mastery of Angular/React and Java/Golang/NodeJS.
• AI Expertise: Experience building applications with LLM APIs; strong proficiency in AI-assisted coding workflows.
