What you'll build

As the AI Process Lead for the ECS/GCO family, you will define and accelerate the AI-driven process transformation roadmap for the ECS/GCO family. You will drive process transformation and deliver maximum value through our end-to-end process simplification program. You'll bridge AI research with enterprise data complexities, establish the technical vision, and prioritize initiatives. Working with architecture and engineering teams, you'll develop best-in-class AI models. This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented leader with strong technical and process expertise.

What you bring

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI) and current limitations
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, business process management platforms)
• Programming fundamentals: Very solid Python (plus JS/TS or Go for products), data structures, debugging, testing, packaging, and version control.sevenmentor+1
• Agentic / LLM-specific skills: Prompt engineering & instruction design: Writing structured prompts, system messages, and tool instructions so the agent plans, reasons, and uses tools reliably.talentsprint+2
• Strong data literacy—ability to design data strategies and understand data quality implications. Working comfortably with JSON, CSV, databases, vector stores, parsing/cleaning data, and wiring agents to existing data systems.projectpro+1
• Hands-on experience with AI model development, training, validation, and deployment
• Strategic mindset with ability to think systemically across complex ecosystems
• Decisive problem-solver with comfort in ambiguity and rapid iteration
