SAP for Me is your digital companion to easily interact with SAP and get immediate guidance to the best solution for you. SAP for Me aggregates important alerts, metrics, and insights about your SAP product portfolio with a single access point.

The successful candidate of this position will serve as a scrum master (Agile Coach) in the scrum team who is responsible for applying agile knowledge and best practice to continuously help the team to improve SAP’s customer experience.

You are passionate about agile adoption and are excited by the application of theory to real-world business problems. You keep up to date with the latest concepts and developments in Agile mode and look for ways to apply them to your work/role.

What you will do

You will work in a scrum team to:

• Acting as servant leader for scrum teams with a focus on coaching and guiding the teams towards improving the agile way they work.
• Expected to run & manage the various agile ceremonies and facilitating sprint refine, planning, daily, retrospective and review events.
• Assisting to remove any impediments/blockers that are obstructing the scrum team from achieving the sprint goals.
• Help and drive the scrum team to higher levels of agile maturity and being becoming self-organized on the agile journey
• Dedicated to building agile delivery competency by modeling and spreading and sharing the adoption of good practices across global teams
• Devise innovative ideas for solving customer problems and translate these ideas into technical designs.

What you bring

• Bachelor or above in software engineering, computer science or comparable with programming experience
• Knowledge of agile is a must.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
• Very good teamwork characteristics
• Willingness to continuously learn both new technologies and business processes
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Experience or knowledge of scrum master is a big plus
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools is a big plus
• Work Experience

>= 5 years developer experience

>= 2 years scrum master experienc
