What you'll build
You will join a structured skill-led journey including onboarding, training & learning, rotation, mentoring and coaching, covering both AI capabilities and core professional skills.
You will support SAP IT Services workstreams under guidance from experienced professionals.
If aligned to IT Business Services: You assist with contract tracking, entitlement validation, customer health monitoring, onboarding coordination and governance documentation. You will learn end-to-end customer engagement across the SAP Private Cloud lifecycle, to drive service stability, adoption, value realisation and renewal readiness.
If aligned to IT Tech Services: You assist with cloud landscape monitoring, technical documentation, risk logging, lifecycle event coordination and customer communication. You will act as technical support for customer cloud landscapes, focusing on stability, optimisation, proactive risk management and architectural governance to deliver reliable, scalable cloud operations.
What you'll bring
Master's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related major, preferably with a second major in Japanese or Korean;
Full-time student who will graduate in 2028 (Mandatory Requirement).
Curiosity and enthusiasm towards SAP Cloud services and client delivery.
Interest in building capabilities in either business or technical streams.
Eagerness to learn and support delivery, technical advisory activities under mentor guidance.
Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean will be an advantage.
