SAP NS2 is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of digital strategies that elevate our brand across platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and our website. You’ll create compelling content, launch strategic campaigns, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive engagement and visibility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media, branding, and engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.), monitor trends, and expand our digital footprint.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative strategies to boost online presence and strengthen our brand identity through creative multimedia.
  • Conduct thorough industry research to spot emerging trends and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product strategy and other stakeholders to align digital strategies.
  • Create and manage digital media calendars and ensure timely execution of content
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms, blog posts, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.

Who You Are:

  • Bring experience in social media management, captivating content creation, and digital marketing strategies to the table.
  • Have a strong passion for marketing and branding
  • A strong communicator and collaborator with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent copyediting and proofreading skills.
  • Possess attention to detail, effective organization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Thrive on learning, adapting, and contributing fresh ideas that help the company shine in a competitive marketplace

Required:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media for B2B enterprise audiences in the Software and tech industries.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proven success in building brand visibility through digital campaigns, especially in tech or software environments.
  • Proficient with major social media tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and AirTable

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with SAP products
  • Located within commuting distance to Herndon, VA.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100000 - 216000 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
