You engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders, shape solution approaches, lead discovery sessions and architecture reviews, and clearly communicate solution options, risks, and tradeoffs. You bring a collaborative mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring colleagues and sharing HCM architecture expertise. Experience with SAP HCM on-premise, S/4HANA, or hybrid HCM landscapes is valued.
What You’ll Build
You will help shape and position SAP NS2 HCM solutions for U.S. national security, federal, and critical-infrastructure customers.
