A commitment to quality, meeting deadlines, and delivering reliable results is essential.
What you'll build
You'll support sales operations through reporting, data analysis, and process improvement activities. Working with experienced business partners, you'll help coordinate initiatives, support partner operations, and contribute to operational excellence. Responsibilities include maintaining partner data across assigned geographies, participating in planning and forecasting activities to identify Strategic Service Partner opportunities, supporting internal and external communications such as webinars, social media, and enablement sessions, acting as a liaison for partner-related activities, monitoring opportunity accuracy in SAP CRM systems and Workspan, and preparing recurring performance reports.
Where you belong
The Global Strategic Service Partner team is part of SAP Sales Operations and supports SAP's global partner ecosystem. Working across commercial, marketing, consulting, and industry teams, you'll contribute to initiatives that help partners and customers succeed. This role offers mentorship, exposure to global sales operations, and hands-on experience supporting strategic partner programs. It is ideal for someone looking to build a foundation in sales operations and partner management within a collaborative, international environment. This is a contract role, six months to two years in duration, based in Bogotá.
