What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Academy for Customer Success (EMEA)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark – Hybrid (office & home/remote)
Expected Start Date: asap
Contract Duration: 6 months (ideally with potential to extend)
Work Hours: 20-40 hours (ideally full-time for first 3-6months)
- Support the planning and execution of diverse projects related to the Academy for Customer Success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the creation and proactive maintenance of content for regional stakeholders, including presentation decks, internal and external communications, and SharePoint updates.
- Update and visually enhance materials annually for transition from current to future groups.
- Occasionally support light data analysis and reporting to inform program decisions and improvements.
- Assist in organizing travel logistics and coordinating events across different countries
- Support the annual sourcing of equipment and logistics of the new intake of associates
- Proactive support on the integration and enablement of new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Help produce virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
What you bring:
A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement. A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative. Candidates must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in a field relevant to the position.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or similar
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, and to understand and actively participate in conversations.
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, actively using AI tools
- Soft skills: passion for operational excellence, analytical thinking skills, highly detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a complex environment, comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with different audiences.
- Others: Prior experience in similar fields beneficial
