Role Overview
This internship supports the Office of the Global CRO BTP, providing exposure to global business operations, cross‑functional coordination, and people engagement at scale. The intern will work closely with senior stakeholders and extended teams to help drive operational rhythm, effective collaboration, and team health across a global organization. This role is well suited for a highly organized, detail‑oriented candidate with strong communication skills and an interest in business operations and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recurring operating cadences with extended and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment, preparation, and follow‑through.
- Coordinate scheduling and time planning across internal stakeholders, including leadership and partner teams.
- Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and support recurring Office Hours, including agenda preparation, logistics, and post‑session follow‑ups.
- Own and contribute to elements of the People Plan and Team Health agenda, including:
- Planning and coordinating team and leadership town halls
- Supporting recognition moments and communications
- Driving engagement and employee experience initiatives
Learning Objectives
By the end of the internship, the intern will have:
- Gained hands‑on experience supporting a global leadership office within a large, matrixed organization.
- Developed strong skills in stakeholder coordination, meeting management, and executive‑level operations.
- Learned how operating cadences, action tracking, and communications enable effective global team execution.
- Built practical experience in people engagement, team health initiatives, and internal communications.
- Improved professional skills in prioritization, collaboration, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a global, collaborative environment.
