About the team:
SAP BTM (Business Transformation Management) brings together all of the tools needed for the analysis of business process performance, combined with the enterprise software that is used for enabling and re-engineering business processes. Having the tools required for both process analysis and process improvement in a single package is a unique proposition in the market. This is an exciting, fast growing cloud line of business within SAP.
What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – BTM (Business Transformation Management)
Location: New York, NY
Expected start date: Flexible, but ideally June 20, 2026
- Support Sales Program Execution
- Assist in the operational execution of strategic sales programs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and program teams to support meeting preparation, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
- Content & Communication Support
- Help create and organize internal materials such as presentations, trackers, and program updates to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Process Improvement
- Contribute to building and documenting repeatable processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ad Hoc Projects
- Take on additional tasks and small projects that support the broader team, gaining exposure to different aspects of strategic sales programs.
In this role, you’ll:
As an intern, you’ll help drive the day-to-day execution of key strategic sales initiative, while learning how sales programs are managed and optimized.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our BTM Strategic Sales Programs team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
