Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Service Delivery Excellence

Location: Newtown Square, PA/Virtual

Expected start date: May/June 2026

Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension)

Schedule: 40 Hours per week

The Global Delivery Hub (GDH) is SAP’s worldwide delivery organization, bringing together diverse teams across regions, cultures, and solution areas to support customers throughout their SAP transformation journeys. Within GDH, the Cross Solution Delivery (CSD) organization focuses on services and processes that span multiple product domains, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational alignment across global delivery teams.

The Virtual Project Room (VPR) operates inside CSD and supports Max Success Plans and Premium Engagements by providing structure, coordination, and operational clarity across the delivery lifecycle. Our team embodies a strong culture of helping — we help customers navigate complex challenges, and we help internal colleagues through problem analysis, knowledge sharing, and connecting them with the right information and experts.

Many of our global delivery colleagues work directly with customers, including periodic on site visits to support Premium Engagement services. However, this internship is a dedicated back office role based in the Newtown Square office. Interns contribute to the internal processes that keep global delivery running smoothly, gain exposure to SAP’s delivery ecosystem, and work alongside a highly diverse team committed to collaboration, learning, and customer success.
