About The Team
The Sustainability Innovation team, located in SAP’s Sustainability growth unit, is mandated to support the digital sustainability transformation of SAP customers. This is achieved through the E2E orchestration of ecosystem innovation, government/academic funded projects, and accelerated organic innovation incubation with a holistic focus on sustainability. The SAP Sustainability Innovation team is present in multiple locations around the globe and works closely with product teams and stakeholders across the internal and external value chain to orchestrate innovation.
What You’ll Do
Position title: SAP Intern - Operations/Office Support at Sustainability Innovation Intern
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Expected start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: Full-time (40hrs/week) commitment is required
In This Role, You’ll
As a temporary Operations & Office Support Sustainability Innovation Intern, you will work closely with our team lead and specific team members to ensure smooth operations and improve existing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to support an international team which builds the future sustainability solutions for SAP.
Manage the Head of Sustainability Innovation’s calendar and mailbox
Prepare internal and external presentations
Support travel to foreign subsidiaries by booking flights and hotels, and by filing expense reports
Prepare event visits for him/her by booking trips and creating briefing docs
Support the organization of team off- and onsite
Optimize the team’s tools in close collaboration with team members
Support with reporting and strategy development
Support running projects after completing the core tasks as aligned between the intern’s preferences/availability:
Project management support including task breakdown, progress tracking, weekly calls, stakeholder reporting
Internal communications and marketing including developing SharePoint content, creating newsletters/success stories, drafting communications, and ensuring consistent messaging
Operations/process optimization and documentation including identify process optimization opportunities, maintain templates/guides, and support efficiency initiatives.
Support Go-to-Market (GTM) activities including customer/partner analysis, sales material creation, webinar support, and strategy execution
You will get onboarding and comprehensive support from your predecessor for a long duration additionally a weekly check-in for HR related topics.
Who You Are
You are a student at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently, creatively, and proactively
Curiosity and enjoyment of working with people who are passionate about their work
Interest in digital innovation, sustainability, and operations/strategy
Ability to understand, visualize and optimize the operational processes of our cross-disciplinary team
Good skills in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and PowerPoint)
Languages: fluent English
